Senior Technical Business Analyst (SaaS Modernization)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical background to lead the modernization of a critical Incident Management System.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, guiding a complex platform upgrade using a mix of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Key Requirements (Pre-Screening Matrix)

Candidates must meet the following minimum experience criteria:

• Cloud SaaS Implementation: 4+ years managing and executing cloud-hosted SaaS integrations.
• Methodologies: 5+ years working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
• Requirements & Agile Tooling: 4+ years writing user stories and using automated management tools (like Jira or Azure DevOps).
• Process Modeling: 5+ years of extensive experience using MS Visio and MS Office to design system process models and diagrams.

Desirable Plusses (Stand Out from the Crowd!)

• A strong technical background (3+ years).
• Experience in Healthcare IT or Clinical Systems (3+ years).
• Knowledge of Data Modernization & Enterprise Data Warehouses.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.

What You'll Do

• Elicit & Refine: Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements.
• Diagram & Model: Build clear workflow visual maps and process models to give developers a direct blueprint.
• UAT Delivery: Write user acceptance tests and facilitate business-validation sessions.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with developers, data architects, and leadership to keep project health high and timelines on track.
