The Role

• Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives focused on residential security and automation solutions.
• Spend approximately 70% of time in the field, engaging with customers and motivating the sales team.
• Dedicate 30% of time to office-based responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee daily sales activities, manage leads, and track team performance.
• Conduct ride-alongs for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
• Interview, hire, and train new sales representatives, fostering a motivated and high-performing team environment.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
• Proficiency in using technical devices such as laptops and tablets for sales activities.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the drive to achieve targets.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and developing sales talent.
