The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick and confident solutions to a variety of vehicle issues, including mechanical and electrical faults. • Offer reassurance and outstanding member service during stressful situations. • Work independently, starting and finishing each day from your own home. • Undertake diagnostic tasks and fault-finding on member vehicles. • Respond to call-outs across a designated region. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • Strong problem-solving skills for on-the-spot fixes.
