Salary Range: $210,000 – $250,000

Description

We are seeking a Palantir Platform Engineer to support mission-focused work. Customizes and integrates enterprise data workflows, ontology structures, and analytics tools within the Palantir ecosystem to accelerate data conditioning and observability. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).

Primary Responsibilities

• Build, connect, and optimize custom ETL workflows and conditioners within Palantir Foundry.
• Design and refine data ontologies and data structures to represent complex domain relationships.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance data pipeline speed, quality validation, and governance.
• Ensure end-to-end data transformation visibility and integrate conditioned datasets into downstream analytics tools.

• Palantir Foundry
• Ontology & Data Ontology
• Building & integrating ETL Pipelines
• PySpark & Python
• Logging & Monitoring solutions
• Data Governance best practices
• DevOps methodologies
• AI-augmented data pipelines
• Validation of data products
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
• Must work on-site in Herndon, VA.

• Connecting ETL conditioners to Palantir tooling
• Increasing observability & accelerating data conditioning
• End-to-end data transformation insight

Salary

Salary for this position is determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific budget considerations.

Proposed Salary Range: $210,000 – $250,000
