The Role

• Respond to service tickets to maintain application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and collaboratively.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately within a digital change control system.
• Execute end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications prior to deployment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage electronic security equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
