Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager - Agentic AI projects to join our dynamic team supporting Health & Life Sciences initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agentic AI, generative AI, and project/program management and a proven ability to lead complex enterprise AI programs to successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes.


• Define scope, monitor execution, and communicate across stakeholders to manage expectations and address issues.


• Serve as a subject matter expert, applying influencing and advisory skills to guide decisions across teams.


• Lead planning and execution of complex enterprise AI initiatives, capabilities, and business use cases.


• Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and action items.


• Coordinate activities across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.


• Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies.


• Establish delivery cadences, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance activities.


• Ensure requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation considerations are documented and understood.


• Support testing, implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch transition activities.


• Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Agentic AI with focus on agent orchestration and AI agents, 3+ years.


• Generative AI solution delivery in enterprise contexts, 3+ years.


• Program and project management with mastery in scope management, 3+ years.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.


• Excellent communication, governance reporting, and risk management abilities.


• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in agentic design.


• Health and Life Sciences industry experience.

Role Logistics

• Local candidates required. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office.


• No vaccination mandate. No travel or expenses covered.


• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.


• Potential for extension is not known.
