The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network to build a robust client base.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to clients and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Consistently demonstrate self-motivation and commitment to building a profitable business.
• Adapt quickly to new information and evolving market conditions.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Proficiency in computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screening.
• Ambition, initiative, self-determination, and a strong work ethic.
