Information Security Cloud Engineer (SME)

Introduction:

This position is for an Information Security Cloud Engineer (SME) who will play a key role in securing cloud environments and ensuring the overall security of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security, cloud security, and security engineering, with a strong technical background in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and OCI.

Responsibilities:

• Secure Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or OCI environments
• Implement IAM, Cloud Security Architecture, Secure Configuration, and Vulnerability Management
• Integrate cloud environments with SIEM/SOC platforms for threat detection and incident response
• Ensure compliance with NIST, CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust, and other security standards
• Secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle ERP/HCM, and Oracle Database environments
• Document security procedures, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering
• Hands-on experience securing Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or OCI environments
• Expertise in IAM, Cloud Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, and Continuous Monitoring
• Experience with integrating cloud environments with SIEM/SOC platforms
• Strong understanding of NIST, CIS Benchmarks, Zero Trust, and Compliance
• Experience securing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle ERP/HCM, and Oracle Database environments
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC Cloud Security, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty
