Proven experience in successfully managing IT projects and sound knowledge of both project life cycle and systems development life cycle methodologies A strong understanding of core business processes, particularly in areas such as Finance, HR, Operations and Sales Broad knowledge of current technologies and digitalisation trends, with the ability to identify their potential business value Practical experience with common AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable generative AI assistants, and the ability to use them responsibly in daily work Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders from the shop floor to C-suite level A client-focused, proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships Willingness to travel regularly within the region and, where required, internationally Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is an advantage; PRINCE2 certification is a plus Your Benefits Hybrid modern working model: Work from home or from our office in Ratingen (Germany) with flexible working hours.
