Job description
Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a software engineer to solve complex problems in our BFS tech stack. You will be hands-on building, testing, deploying and maintaining microservices with Java/Spring, and work closely with product and delivery teams to deliver scalable, reliable software.
You will focus on reliability, uptime and security, and explore AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve workflows, incident response and post-mortem analysis.
