Director Talent Acquisition

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Director Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting across our growing, member-focused financial cooperative. This role designs and drives talent acquisition strategy for all business lines, building diverse pipelines for specialized finance and insurance roles. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize sourcing, selection, and technology, and partner closely with executives to forecast workforce needs. The Director will champion an exceptional candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, ensure compliance, and use data and metrics to improve quality of hire and hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of full-cycle talent acquisition for Green
• State Credit Union
• Develop and optimize recruiting processes, technology, and employer branding for finance and insurance roles
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines
• Oversee sourcing, screening, and selection to ensure high-quality, diverse hires aligned with culture and values
• Use data and metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience
• Manage and develop the talent acquisition team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout recruiting processes
• Build external partnerships with universities, industry groups, and community organizations to support hiring
