Client Advisor

We're looking for a poised, results driven Client Advisor to be the face of CurrentBody at our first ever physical space, at Belmont Village in the New York area. You'll guide every client through a considered, one to one beauty tech experience and build relationships that last well beyond the first visit.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver a refined, personal experience for every client, from the first welcome to the thank you follow up
• Act as the brand expert, consulting on each client's skin goals and recommending the right beauty tech with confidence and clarity
• Bring the technology to life through hands on demonstrations and storytelling
• Build lasting client relationships, recording preferences and following up personally to drive repeat business
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Support product launches, events, and in store activations
• Keep displays, demo stations, and the selling floor immaculate, to a luxury standard
• Support inventory management and day to day store operations
• Partner with the Store Manager and Keyholder to deliver a seamless, high performing team experience
• Complete pre opening training so you're ready to welcome clients from day one

Skills, knowledge & expertise

• Minimum one year of retail experience, ideally in luxury, premium beauty, or another client focused environment
• A proven sales record, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
• A natural ability to build rapport and deliver consultative, education led service
• Passion for skincare, beauty, or beauty tech, and the curiosity to master the product range
• A polished presence, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable learning clienteling and digital tools
• Able to commit to the full six month duration of the pop up
