Job description

Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer with strong expertise in digital and visual design to support B2B marketing initiatives across SaaS and healthcare technology.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative sensibility and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets across digital and marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Work on the visual design for ad production, web visuals, and social assets, maintaining a look consistent and the larger Material Design system.
Help develop Brand-to-Demand campaigns for B2B products. Nurture campaigns and engagement digital campaigns by working with Sr. Designers to execute on set art direction.
Presentation design for events & leadership talks.
Collaborate with the Brand Studio on brand and design marketing collateral across, Consumer, Corporate & B2B projects.
Communicate and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team and present ideas and designs effectively to creative leads and stakeholders.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in visual, graphic, or digital design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative execution.
Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B marketing environments.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, advanced prototyping, and responsive design principles.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Hands-on experience designing digital marketing assets, web visuals, social media creatives, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, design systems, and consistency across platforms.
Experience creating presentations, event visuals, and leadership communication materials.
Experience with print production and designing for diverse digital and physical touchpoints.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, creative leads, and stakeholders.

Skillsets:

Exposure to AI-powered design tools, generative AI workflows, and AI-assisted creative production.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and tools such as After Effects or Cinema The Client.
Knowledge of illustration, instructional design, and evolving digital design trends.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
