The Role

• Source, develop leads, and prospect new business opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and excellent organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
