Business System Analyst - Local to Phoenix Only

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities.
- Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and business documentation.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Working experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
- Experience with either Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is required.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- Experience managing or supporting large-scale Case Management systems.
