This is an exciting opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration through a dual study program, combining academic learning with practical, hands-on experience. The Role

• You will support in the execution of budget planning and market analyses.
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
• You will aid in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• You will analyze processes and identify areas for improvement with optimization suggestions.
• You will specialize in one of five areas: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consultancy, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management, starting from your third semester.

What You'll Need

• (German) High school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language skills at B2 level.
• Good mathematical understanding and logical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills.

• Your tuition fees of up to €789 per month will be covered.
