Job Description

Looking for the school that will soon become your home?

An upstanding school has the Drama Teacher vacancy you are looking for.

Job Overview

Our client is recruiting for a Drama Teacher starting in January or earlier. The school is a co-educational school with an excellent rapport. The Drama Teacher will teach Drama from KS3 to KS5 to the high-achieving and well-behaved student body.

The School

The school is one that gives many opportunities for students to pursue their passions both in and out of the classroom. This reflects their ethos that the most valuable education extends beyond the classroom walls. The education fosters passionate life-long learners who will truly make a difference.

The school fosters well-rounded individuals through the personal, social, moral, spiritual and cultural (PSMSC) programme while simultaneously promoting staff well-being and regular professional development. Parents are overwhelmingly complimentary about the school, one of which described the staff as ‘incredible’ people who ‘know the pupils well and engage with them on an individual level.’

Staff cannot praise the school enough; they described the workplace as having ‘a strong sense of community and pride’ and that the school places ‘focus on staff wellbeing.’ The school looks after their staff, providing them with many benefits including employee centred and family friendly policies and practices; flexible working arrangements for work-life balance; and a cycle to work scheme.
