The Role

• Assume leadership responsibilities on the psychosomatic youth ward with a view to long-term full leadership
• Be involved in the structured progression and management of clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents
• Provide specialist medical representation and contribute significantly to the ward's development
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training
• Manage patient admissions, conduct family sessions, and participate in interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of training as an Assistant Doctor in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with completed or advanced therapy training
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educators, and specialist therapists
• Interest in leadership and eager to be thoroughly trained in relevant areas
