Pay Range:$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Description
Join a dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA, as a full-time Senior Accounting Analyst. 
You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis and reporting, working in a fast-paced environment to support various accounting functions. 
This role requires proficiency in generic spreadsheet software and an understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.
Develop and document accounting policies and procedures, and lead process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, and provide timely operational financial statements.
Analyze variances among actual, budget, and forecasted data, providing detailed explanations.
Manage high-volume and complex financial issues, acting as a liaison between operations and finance.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced skills in generic spreadsheet software, including pivot tables and lookups.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
