Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome customers and create a personalized buying experience.
Learn their needs and match them with the right vehicle.
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
Become an expert on Volkswagen products, features, and technology.
Guide customers through the entire sales process.
Build relationships that create repeat and referral business.
Follow up with customers and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
Work as part of a team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
Use proven sales strategies to maximize every opportunity.
Qualifications
