The Role

• Support the HR team with various administrative tasks including unemployment claims, guard card management, OSHA log management, and workers' compensation.
• Assist with benefits administration, union relations, and employment verifications.
• Provide support for recruitment efforts and handle other miscellaneous HR-related tasks.
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
