The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Solve problems ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members at their time of need.
• Start and finish your shifts from the comfort of your own driveway.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
