Primary Responsibilities:
Sell our Construction Staffing Services to Contractors
Pursue New Business by Cold Calling and other Avenues
Maintain and Nurture Relationships With and Service Of New and Existing Customers
Negotiate mutually Beneficial terms with Contractors
Skills & Qualifications:
~2 or more years of Outside Sales Experience preferred
~ Self Starter with Strong Interpersonal Skills and Strong Work Ethic
~ Strong Cold Calling Ability
~ Competitive Mindset with affinity toward Teamwork
~ Construction Sales experience preferred but not required (We Will Train the Right Person!)
