• 12+ years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Engineer / DBA, with advanced SQL querying skills, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and SQL performance optimization.
• Strong database administration experience, including database creation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery, security management, user access control, and database optimization.

·       DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge or experience with MySQL
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle
• Knowledge or experience with MongoDB
• Knowledge or experience with VMware
• Knowledge or experience with Active Directory
•  
• Hands-on experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, database mirroring, failover clustering, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for database-related issues using tools and technologies such as SQL Server Profiler, Dynamic Management Views (DMVs), and Extended Events.
