Job description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager

Location: Any Infosys Hub office-Hybrid

Duration: Long term contract  

Visa: USC/ Only

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–15+ years of SAP experience, with hands-on leadership experience in complex SAP implementation, migration or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience as a Cutover Manager / Deployment Manager on at least one major SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA conversion/migration and Selective Data Transition concepts.
  • Experience coordinating complex data migration, reconciliation, integration and technical cutover activities.
  • Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical dependencies across areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, PM, Basis, Security, ABAP and Interfaces, as applicable to program scope.
  • Experience developing and managing integrated cutover plans with thousands of interdependent business and technical activities is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of critical-path management, dependency management, risk management and escalation governance.
  • Experience conducting mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, production cutovers and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent program management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, IT, SAP implementation partners and third-party vendors.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to provide concise cutover-readiness reporting to senior program leadership.
  • Ability to lead distributed global teams and operate effectively during high-pressure go-live periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Selective Data Transition / Hybrid migration approaches, including coordination with specialist SDT tooling/partners.
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-site or multi-business-unit SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Previous experience leading complex cutovers involving multiple legacy systems, interfaces and third-party applications.
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation or relevant SAP certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, natural resources, utilities, automotive or other asset-intensive industries would be advantageous.
