Release Analyst (SIAM)

Location: Manchester
Salary: 35,000 - 41,000

Due to the client we require someone to undergo SC clearance.

We're seeking a Release Analyst to join a busy Service Management function, coordinating the successful delivery of releases across a complex, multi-supplier environment.

Working closely with internal teams, third-party providers, and stakeholders, you'll oversee release planning, scheduling, governance, and deployment readiness, ensuring changes are delivered safely and with minimal business impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end release activities across multiple suppliers and teams.
  • Maintain release schedules, calendars, and deployment plans.
  • Support Change Management processes and CAB activities.
  • Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and conflicts.
  • Ensure release governance, documentation, and reporting are maintained.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

About You
  • Experience in a Release Analyst, Release Coordinator, Change & Release, or Release Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of Release and Change Management processes.
  • Experience working within a multi-supplier or outsourced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is desirable.

Desirable
  • SIAM (Service Integration and Management) experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience within large enterprise environments.
