Account Architect (Cloud & Managed Services)

At Interactive, we help Australia's leading organisations modernise, transform and grow through innovative technology solutions. We're looking for a technical Account Architect to join our Cloud Presales team and play a key role in shaping customer outcomes.

You'll work alongside Sales to understand customer challenges, design fit for purpose solutions and guide customers through their technology decision making journey.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys customer engagement and wants to further develop their consulting, solution architecture and presales career.

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with Sales to qualify and shape customer opportunities
• Design scalable cloud, infrastructure and managed services solutions
• Develop solution proposals, Statements of Work and supporting documentation
• Contribute to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs
• Work closely with delivery, product and vendor teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in solution architecture, technical presales or consulting
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and understanding business requirements
• Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data centre, networking and managed services environments
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Work with some of Australia's most recognised enterprise customers
