Giannotti & Associates is growing, and we're looking for motivated, service-oriented people to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Associates. This is a phone-based, entry-level role built around helping clients — no cold calling. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to grow a career that blends consultative sales with genuine customer service.

You'll work with warm inbound leads in a supportive, high-energy office, get structured training, and have a clear path into leadership. Present and explain health coverage solutions clearly and professionally. Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate account documentation. Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training. This role blends consultative sales with high-level customer service and relationship management. Communication skills — strong interpersonal skills and a professional, confident phone presence.
