What role will you play?
Advise clients on strategic and financial matters, including public M&A and capital raisings, with direct exposure to C-suite executives, founders and investment committees. You will lead key transaction workstreams across live deals, taking ownership of financial modelling, valuation and market analysis, while preparing high-quality client materials including presentations, approval papers and due diligence packs tailored for senior stakeholder discussions. You will support the origination and execution of cross-border transactions across multiple sectors, engage directly with clients from day one, participate in client meetings, management calls and site visits, and help build trusted relationships that influence outcomes. Working closely with senior team members, you will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.

What you offer
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, or leveraged finance
- Strong academic background in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong understanding of valuation, financial modelling and corporate finance concepts
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
