machine to domain
• Prepare new machine for existing user/new user, installing applications, Network settings, Backup user
profile copy, copy files & folders to temp location, configure & Install printers / print drivers, install
special peripherals, Map network drives, Configure Connection settings like VPN, Wireless settings
• Refresh\Reimage and collecting assets from termed users
• Replacement due to end of life /leasing/damage
• Device Refresh
• Perform Inventory audit as needed
• Respond to Incident and ESM tickets and perform resolution
