Disability Support Team Leader SIL & Community Care

Kirinari Community Services is seeking a Team Leader - Disability to oversee individualised supports in SIL/Group Homes and lead a team of disability support workers. You will strengthen the team's knowledge and ensure a person-centered, high-quality culture in the program.

You will provide direct support, manage a range of client needs including domestic and personal care, and guide staff across operations with leadership and mentoring.
