The Role
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients in a shift work setting.
- Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and actively assist with therapeutic interventions.
- Independently carry out physician-ordered medical procedures and collaborate closely with the medical and therapy teams.
- Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks within the ward.
- Contribute to a positive, structured, and safe environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.
What You'll Need
- Completed training as a registered nurse, specialist nurse, or pediatric nurse.
- Strong social skills, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication.
