Role Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ.
Communicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system
Communicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities
Prepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.
To ensure that decisions made by the management team are communicated to all departments and actioned.
Be fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.
Act in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.
Perform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by management team.
