They are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to contribute to innovative and cost-effective solutions for both ground and airborne systems.

• *The Role**
• Lead full lifecycle development from CONOPS to Validation
• Define and conduct lab activities, including setup, configuration, and testing
• Integrate solutions into their target environment
• Oversee and mentor junior professionals
• Manage design reviews and testing phases, including Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
• Analyze and document system behaviors and support trade studies

• *What You'll Need**
• Strong integration and test experience (procedure development, execution, reporting, automation)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, IBM EWM) and Microsoft products
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance
• U.S. citizenship is required
