Job Description
HAUS is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This person has 2-3 years experience working as a production coordinator (or similar) across commercials, TV, Films, or marketing either as a freelancer or on staff at a studio, production company or agency. An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of everyone on set is a must.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process vendor invoices.
- Manage wrap process for shoots, including:
- Reviewing and submitting expenses/invoices
- Collecting inventories and hard drives
- Completing any outstanding tasks related to the shoot
- Assist with setting up and wrapping crew payroll.
- Liaise between freelance production teams and Netflix.
- Assist with booking crew and renting equipment as needed.
- Assist with managing, processing, and wrapping petty cash.
- Assist with setting meetings with internal and external partners
- Support budget tracking by reviewing and allocating expenses to appropriate cross-functional cost centers.
- Technical -- you can easily make your way around a computer and software! And become an expert at the tools!

Freelance to start
Freelance rate of $275 - $325 per day
Full time at $70,000 - $80,000
