INTERFACE ANALYST

Location: Boston, MA Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description:
Position: Senior Interface Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2days onsite in a week)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document interface and interoperability requirements.
• Define and maintain interface specifications, data mappings, APIs, and technical documentation.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, EDI/X12, and SFTP integrations.
• Support interface testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to SDLC processes.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong Interface/Data Analysis background.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience analyzing API requests/responses and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Knowledge of healthcare data exchange and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and encryption concepts.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred:

• Healthcare or Health Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with large-scale system integration and data migration projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
