Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend applications using java 11.
• Collaborate with product managers, ux/ui designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the team.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java 11 with a strong understanding of object oriented programming principles.
• Experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
