The Role

• Understand and sell pest control products and services to a diverse range of commercial industries.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Utilize provided tools and training to present effective, innovative solutions.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company paid).
• Willingness to work independently in various environments and weather conditions.
• Possess a service-oriented mindset and commitment to building customer loyalty.
• Ability to meet physical demands including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
