Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-driven Business Analyst with PharmacyDomain experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to Pharmacy Operations.The ideal candidate will be capable of quickly understanding new business areaswith minimal guidance, partnering directly with stakeholders to identifyprocess gaps, analyze business challenges, and recommend practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations.
  • Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and roadmap discussions based on business value and impact.
  • Create and maintain business documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, test cases, UAT documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with business, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Independently learn new processes, systems, and business domains with minimal direction.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of Business Analyst experience with strong Pharmacy domain knowledge.
  • Pharmacy Operations experience preferred (Retail, Specialty, PBM, Mail Order, or related areas).
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering process mapping, business process analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
  • Awareness of AI capabilities and opportunities to improve business processes through AI-enabled solutions.
