The Role

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, leading them through the entire sales process.
• Effectively educate customers on vehicle benefits and available financial products and financing options.
• Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand vehicle operating features.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up post-purchase.
• Maintain required unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards for the store.

What You'll Need

• A friendly, positive attitude and a strong team-player mentality.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A strong customer service mentality and professional demeanor.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a sales training program.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required.
