Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs and client goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources and support services.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Counselor/Psychologist.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, especially in a hospital or healthcare context.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
