The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services to meet the needs of United States military members, veterans, and their families.
• Support the delivery of International Services programs and provide guidance to volunteers.
• Build strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Develop and implement local needs assessments and volunteer program plans.
• Coordinate services to military treatment facilities and VA hospitals, including rehabilitation programs and material assistance.
• Develop outreach strategies to promote International Services programs and ensure community awareness.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, public speaking ability, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to challenging conditions.
• U.S. citizenship is required for mobile positions, with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance and a no-fee U.S. passport.
