Electrical Day Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Law Firm – Liverpool Street – Up to £55,000 Are you an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer?<br />Do you have experience working within high-end commercial buildings?<br />Are you looking for a day shift role offering up to £55,000 plus overtime and private healthcare?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to work for an established FM service provider at a prestigious commercial law firm near Liverpool Street Station.

Working as part of a small on-site team of two engineers, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and general building services.

Hours of Work:<br />4 on 4 off / 6 on 4 off / 4 on 6 off<br />07:00 – 19:00<br />Days only<br />Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br />Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.<br />Lighting maintenance, fault finding, small installations and power distribution.<br />Emergency lighting testing and maintenance.<br />Maintain AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and basic servicing.<br />Carry out chiller resets and first-line fault finding.<br />Monitor and maintain pumps, motors and associated mechanical plant.<br />Carry out water temperature checks and basic plumbing maintenance.<br />Monitor plant and equipment through the BMS.<br />Diagnose and resolve building services faults.<br />Escort and coordinate specialist subcontractors.<br />Maintain accurate site and maintenance records.<br />Ensure all work is completed in line with health &amp; safety requirements.<br />Liaise professionally with the client and site management.<br />Package:<br />Up to £55,000 per annum<br />20 days holiday<br />Plenty of overtime available<br />Private healthcare<br />Annual pay review<br />Uniform and tools provided<br />Cycle to Work Scheme<br />Excellent career progression opportunities<br />Requirements:<br />Level 3 Electrical qualification – City &amp; Guilds, NVQ or equivalent<br />18th Edition Wiring Regulations<br />Proven commercial building maintenance experience.<br />Experience within large commercial or critical environments.<br />Good multi-skilled knowledge across building services.<br />Strong fault-finding and client-facing skills.<br />Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.<br />Must be able to attend site for a 07:00 start.<br />Please send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity
