The Role

• Drive demand from the project specification stage for building controls solutions.
• Identify and target key vertical markets, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver impactful technical seminars, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Expand brand awareness and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with field sales and product development teams.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users.

What You'll Need

• Over 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) sales or business development.
• Proven expertise in systems design and deep technical knowledge of controls.
• Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and market research.
• High-level prospecting and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel across UK regions.
