The Role

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the automotive or a related service industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle glass repair and replacement processes (or willingness to train rapidly).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and motivate individuals to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with VAPS (Value Added Products and Services) and sales principles.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and operational efficiency.
