Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place dental professionals into temp, temp-to-perm, and permanent roles across regional dental practices
• Partner with dental offices to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and culture to ensure strong clinician-practice matches
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume review, interviews, and reference checks
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in staffing databases and tracking systems
• Provide ongoing support and communication to placed clinicians and client practices to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate schedules, confirm assignments, and resolve day-of staffing or coverage issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal team members to share talent pipelines, market insights, and best practices
