The Role • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical equipment, machinery, devices, and facilities. • Conduct regular inspection work to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve faults and disruptions effectively. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance equipment availability and productivity. • Participate in necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. • Organize and execute projects related to maintenance and improvement initiatives. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Previous experience working in production environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • A quick learner with strong teamwork abilities, a high level of commitment, and resilience. • Demonstrated reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
