Position Overview
Green Light Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a full-time Chemical Application Technician to join our growing Plant Healthcare Team. This position plays a key role within our Turf and Ornamental division and is ideal for a motivated, career-minded individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform lawn and landscape chemical applications in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
- Complete daily production routes while maintaining consistent service quality
- Utilize company app-based technology to accurately document services performed
- Track and monitor product usage to ensure proper application and optimal results
- Maintain equipment and vehicles to uphold safety and operational standards
- Assist in identifying potential improvements to customer landscapes and plant health
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
Work Location: On-Site (West Lafayette, IN)
Qualifications
- Valid and acceptable Indiana Driver’s License (must be maintained)
- RT Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment
- One year of landscape, turf, or related industry experience preferred (training provided)
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade and apply oneself daily
- Ability to work independently while operating vehicles and application equipment safely
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- No felony charges
