Software Trainer

About us

To design, develop, deliver and continuously improve product and technical training programmes across the IntelliSuite product portfolio for both internal employees and external clients.

The role will support product adoption, business readiness, client onboarding and professional development through engaging learning experiences that build confidence and capability in using Procentia's solutions.

Here's what you'll be doing:

·Deliver classroom, virtual, workshop and hands-on training programmes for Procentia employees and clients.

Facilitate software training across the IntelliSuite product range, including functionality, workflows, configuration, administration, reporting and troubleshooting.

Conduct practical exercises, sandbox-based learning activities and competency assessments to evaluate learner understanding.

Develop, maintain and enhance instructor-led, eLearning, blended-learning and digital training content.

Create learning materials including user guides, quick-reference guides, videos, simulations, knowledge articles and online learning resources.

Provide coaching, mentoring and product-knowledge support to new hires and existing employees.

Key skills and experience:

• Experience delivering software, systems, application or technical training.

• Experience training both internal employees and external customers.

• Experience creating digital learning content using screen-recording, video-editing and presentation tools.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
