Title: W2 Sr. Data Engineer

Location: Onsite ( Covington, KY)

The Role:

• This Senior Data Engineer role requires 5+ years of technology experience, including at least 3 years developing and deploying data solutions.
• The primary focus is designing and building a brand-new database, so strong hands-on database design, development, and data modeling experience is essential.
• Candidates need extensive SQL experience, including complex queries and stored procedures, along with ETL/ELT experience using Informatica or similar tools.
• Strong systems analysis, legacy process decomposition, debugging, performance tuning, QA/testing, documentation, and Agile experience are also important.
• Candidates must have enough Python experience to read, understand, and perform basic development with existing Python code, although deep Python engineering expertise is not required.
• Experience building Jenkins pipelines specifically for deploying Python applications and maintaining CI/CD processes is required.
• MySQL and Snowflake are preferred, while exposure to data science, AI, or prompt engineering is a plus but not mandatory.
• The ideal background demonstrates database design, data modeling, ETL, SQL, Python, and Jenkins across multiple projects.

Must Have:
